I hadn't put up the two green planters yet this season. I put them in the corner of the fire escape and if after a couple of weeks they're still there, I'll put some plants in 'em and I doubt they'll bother them.

I do hope they end up deciding to put in bike racks at my suggestion. My small complex really could use some help becoming an actual community
