Here go hell come

Stupid back is semi-out again. Took yesterday off to try to rest it but it’s being a belligerent, stubborn pain. 

Hope that I can eke out some improvement today

JonJon bitches at 2am for breakfast so I'm already up. That and for months, I can't sleep more than 3 hours before my back is stiff and I need to get up and move. I'm back at work for a half day today and will go home and rest it after.
