Missing a good buddy

I decided against trying to do a Passover Seder for one since I couldn't do it justice but to honor my friend Lena that it's been one year since losing her, I'll be following the dietary plans for the week.

This morning we started off with avocado toast...a la matzoh


I'll have a candle going for her on the 11th.
