Cat carriers are definitely a pain in the back, especially when stairs are involved. Every time I have to take my 16 lb lump to the vet I wish I had gotten a small dog who would walk to the car. Thought briefly about one of those screened baby carriages things that can be wheeled, but getting wheeled things downstairs is even worse than carrying them. Nearly killed myself trying to get the vacuum up and downstairs because the wheels kept wanting to roll backwards and threw me off balance. (This is my excuse for leaving all upstairs vacuuming to my cleaning lady. I do use the little hand vac on furniture, but that is it.)

At least Junie is doing okay now?
