The vet she's been going to this week is an emergency pet hospital that I hadn't taken her to before. My regular vet never seems to have availability. If she starts not feeling good again, I may contact one of the branches of my regular vet that I've been to before and liked to see if they can get her in reasonably quick. For now if she's still feeling ok, I'm going to give her a break for a couple of weeks.
She had this issue back in March and it was "pancreatitis" and possibly IBD then, now possibly cancer from the other vet or maybe still IBD. It's frustrating (and also like our own human doctors). Several years ago I had issues with not vomiting but diarrhea on and off for MONTHS. She honestly might just have IBD that flares up. If we're going to do steroids, I'm going to look into getting them formulated into the kind that can dissolve in food
