Sometimes YouTube gives me fun suggestions. This woman making a 1950s style lime jello salad intrigued me and she seems very sweet.

On her channel, she makes more old-style food videos. I'll have to subscribe to her page and watch them. I also think I'll make that jello salad for fun sometime soon.

Heh, I'd do a vegan grasshopper - creme de menthe, creme de cacao and hm...probably So Delicious coconut milk vanilla ice cream

Ooo, that looks cool and creamy. I tried a strawberry jello mold last summer but it would not set. We had a retro party to go to and the food was throw backs - and jello fit the bill. I followed MIL"s recipe as written but for whatever reason it was soupy and remained soupy. Good by itself and on ice cream as Mike discovered, but not a mold. I've not tried it again.
