Turkey breasts and thighs work very well in the crock pot, btw I'd like to stop by the Jewish bakery tomorrow to pick up a couple of challah rolls to make some stuffing to go with the leftover turkey.
Thanks! I toss them with some olive oil (this time lemon olive oil) and some balsamic vinegar and roast them in the oven until they start to caramelize. Soooo good.
