Turkey breasts and thighs work very well in the crock pot, btw

I'd like to stop by the Jewish bakery tomorrow to pick up a couple of challah rolls to make some stuffing to go with the leftover turkey.

Thanks, it turned out pretty well for actually tossing it together last minute. If I was closer, I'd have brought you some taters *hugs*

That looks a lot more sensible than what I had and I confess to loving every bit of it.

*hugs*

I tell ya, I missed some pie and stuffing! I'll have to rectify that today somehow lol

I would also like some dumplings but I don't know if I'm going to go to that much effort

Are theses brussles sprouts?

Funny we had some (with potatos) yesterday too

That they are! They could have used more time in the oven but they were yummy. Roasted truly is the best way to have them.

We cooked both first (potatos and BS) and than put all (poato sliced up) in a pan where we had roasted some bacon cubes first.

Looks good. How do you cook your brussell sprouts?

Thanks! I toss them with some olive oil (this time lemon olive oil) and some balsamic vinegar and roast them in the oven until they start to caramelize. Soooo good.
