The maintenance folks didn't come until I got home which is good since I got a chance to ask them if they thought it would be difficult to get out of a lease early. They didn't know for sure but they asked me how long I"d been here (nearly 10 years) and that I'm paying well below market value so he's sure that they wouldn't mind me moving along LOL
