missdianeI've had my same phone number on the Do Not Call registry for years but lately the spam is getting ridiculous so I double checked and guess what? No longer registered. This morning I got a call from Allstate which it's one thing to get the fraudulent "I'm totally calling from Medicare" calls but when I'm getting straight up ads when I shouldn't, that's when I suspected something was up.
Not that it does all that much good but if you've registered some time ago and need to check, go to https://www.donotcall.gov/ and make sure.
