Date: 8 Apr 2023 00:56 (UTC)There's a district in the city (we're a burb on opposite side of city) where it's the opposite. The building that housed the old grocery store was condemned, was built in the 30's or 40's. The city is now building a freaking parking garage ... the mayor does not care if the district has easy access to better food or not. It has created a hardship on citizens who are poor and elderly.
