Thanks! It would be the same job level, different title but where I'm at now, I've not even posted about all the turmoil going on that is even worse than just Bosslady being incompetent. We used to be the campus that everyone wanted to work on and now people are asking what happened.

So if anything, at least when they'd ask about why I'm looking to leave where I'm at, I'm sure they've already heard the rumbles.
