I found the cookbook that contains the Meyer Lemon Gratin recipe which is my favorite dessert from Cameron's American Bistro which has been around in Columbus Ohio since 1993. I can't recall if I've ever actually made it myself but since the restaurant chain isn't here in NJ, if I ever want it, I'll have to make it.

Anyway, here it is!

I was trying to figure out how "lemon" and "gratin" go together - in my head "gratin" is for potatoes, LOL

But *cream cheese* makes so much sense and that sounds and looks DELICIOUS

If I'm ever able to make it back to visit the parents, I am SO eating there and I'll check beforehand to make sure they have the meyer lemon gratin

It's been SO many years since I've had it at the restaurant. Maybe if I get the urge, I'll make it and bring it to share with some of the ladies I like at work
