Aaaaaaand now both of the phone lines in Dad's room are down. It took me hours and pestering multiple people to get them to say they'll get maintenance on it. I got to talk to Dad for just a couple of minutes but at least he knows I've been trying and that they'll be working on it.

The old dude could REALLY use a break.
