He's treated by a nurse practitioner there who communicates (somewhat) with my sister since she's now the medical POA. Evidently he had a UTI before? Or at least I knew he was going to be tested for one after I reached out to the head of the place.

I know he doesn't drink enough water and since he can't keep weight on, I'm sure that he's not absorbing enough vitamins. I try to encourage him to drink the protein drinks my sister got for him since they have vitamins and DRINK WATER but it's a constant battle. He does eat the meals there though I swear they don't give these old people enough VEGETABLES and he also snacks on the stuff I send.

When he called last night, even though I could understand him better, either stuff IS really happening or he's in fantasy land since the stories he relates are quite elaborate.

If it continues or gets worse, I'll start reaching out to them since Sis is pretty fucking useless.
