Well there goes my idea for a side business!

I was looking through local code stuff to make sure there isn't anything HOA-ish about yard decor and stuff (didn't see anything and it's a quirky town anyway) so the bottle bush I ordered should be fine in the front yard. However, I did see that in a few years when Emily wants to gut and redo the bathroom upstairs that the contractor will have to get permits. But then I saw something else, still actively on the books and started chuckling.

Seems that if I ever want to read head bumps, I gotta pay $250/year for a license in my local town to practice Phrenology. Highway robbery, I tell you!
