1. Do you think you have a health lifestyle?
Alas, I'm lacking. I don't have the most UNhealthy lifestyle, but I don't have the luxury of being a slacker since my system takes slacking and runs with it and plasters it to my gut and joints

2. What could you do to improve it?
I have to get my sorry butt back to the gym and find ways to improve my knees and back especially. I also need to STOP NIBBLING all the flipping time and get some weight off.

3. Are you tempted to eat every time you are hungry or do you wait for the next meal?
I eat whether I'm hungry or not. I'm a nervous nibbler.

4. When are you most tempted to snack?
Constantly. Though worst is during the day at work

5. Do you agree with the saying: "Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy" or do you think it matters?
If that works for whoever said that saying I've never heard before. It's different for everyone. I do need breakfast but it doesn't have to be - and shouldn't be - big. Lunch is a bigger meal for me during the week and if, like today, it's big enough, then I just have a snack at dinner time.
