My lower back is ALL seized up. I knew I was pretty active with putting together the furniture and doing clearing of stuff but I didn't think I overdid it. Strangely, it locked up when I was laying propped up so maybe I did that wrong?
Eh. Well either way, can't sit or stand much so guess I'll have to do the lead up to the holiday weekend lying on the side as best I can. Phooey.
