Well back is kaput again. Thanks for the vibes, I'm hoping they'll get me to the psych this afternoon. I did venture out long enough to get a couple of small batches of needed laundry done and pick up kitty food. If I can't get out to get any food for anything special on Xmas, I'll order Chinese delivery and have leftovers.
EDIT meh. Rescheduled the psych for Jan 6. Seemed counterproductive to worry all day about it

I know of no way to type easy when having to be flat on the back and believe me I have tried through the years. I can surf the web bc it is a few fingers. Now that I have the tablet I don't try to use the laptop in bed but I don't type on it either. For journal and email I can move the laptop to stand at the counter if the hip is too bad to sit for long but that is also bad on the back...

Chinese food on Christmas is, I am reliably told, a cherished Jewish tradition. Since Hanukkah overlaps Christmas this year, the Chinese restaurants should be less busy and delivery faster. I'm considering getting Chinese delivery myself although I'm starting to think more along the lines of Indian.
