For those of you into coloring books (most of them are too detailed for me, I get tired quickly - guess my fine motor control sucks lol)

I am kind of eyeing up the botanic garden one...hm...

Second PT session in half an hour. Not looking forward to it as I couldn't complete my homework due to sciatica and back aching. I'll see if the guy I haven't met yet has better advice. If it's some BS thing of being dumped on a machine or something, I'll be figuring this shit out myself.

I enjoy colouring except it hurts my hands after a while.

Mine too - and I have to concentrate so hard to make my hands cooperate that I get mentally wiped

I hope the PT came up with something that will work for you. You have to be honest with the PT about what makes the pain worse. You might also ask if you can end the session with an ice pack or heat. (You will have a charge for this additional service, but it should be minor compared to their other charges.)

I have trouble doing my home exercises too, because my ankle pain is worse for a day or two after a PT session, but I have just "graduated" to two sessions per week instead of three.

Since I was wincing when we got to the last bit, he gave me a heat pack at the end - fortunately insurance covers all of this. (going to do an updatery)

Oooh, I love to color. My kitchen wall calendar is even a color-by-month one. I will have to start on August, soon. I have a nice set of colored pencils I use and have many coloring books of many types. I can always use more....thanks for this. More things to waste my time. Such is life, I guess.....

The same here, the 'adult' coloring books have a lot of tiny details that are hard to color. I'd rather use the children's coloring books for the fact they don't have as much detail to wear me out. It become stressful instead of relaxing to me. My wonky hands don't help but the complexity of the designs takes it to work and not play.
