1. Have you seen any holiday commercials yet?
A few but not a ton yet, thankfully.

2. Will you or have you ever participated in Black Friday?
In the traditional sense of getting there at stupid o'clock and waiting in some mob-like line. Oh HELL no. But I have been known to go to Target much later in the day where they have the place fully staffed and there aren't too many people there. It's also the best day to go grocery shopping. 

3. Do you love or despise holiday leftovers?
When I have 'em, I love 'em. Nothing like a mish-mosh Thanksgiving leftover bowl. 

4. Have you seen any (non-commercial, i.e. store) holiday lights yet?
Yeah, places snuck in the Xmas decor right next to the Halloween decor. 

5. Have you been good to Santa’s way of thinking?
No coal for me. I should be more naughty.

We usually do our grocery shopping on the Saturday after and you are right. It's a ghost town

In Germany we dont have, what americans call "Holiday season". We have the 4 sundays of Advent. And yes, there have been several xmas spots already on TV and since the end of september (we had years when the even started in August) we had the special xmas sweets like Spekulatius, Christollen and Lebkuchen in the discounters.

2. Will you or have you ever participated in Black Friday?.
As Thanksgiving here is on a sunday and not such an event like in US...no

3. Do you love or despise holiday leftovers?
I love leftovers where ever they come from. Most dishes are better warmed up


4. Have you seen any (non-commercial, i.e. store) holiday lights yet?
No. TRaditionally on Germany Christmasdecoration starts after Death-Sunday the last sunday befor Advent.


5. Have you been good to Santa’s way of thinking?

1. Yes, that commercial with the teddy bear that makes me freakin' cry. I can't remember what store it's for.

2. Black Friday has only recently become a thing here and I don't think we do it up quite like the states. Either way I avoid it.

3. I like 'em. They keep me sustained in the two or three days after that I'm in recovery mode

4. A little around the neighborhood. I like the brightness when things turn grey outside.

5. Sure, unless Santa has a no drug policy
