Ugh, go away

missdianeI stopped at the deli on the way to work this morning to get coffee and bottled water (since I wasn't sure if anyone changed the water cooler jug and I can't lift it) and as I was leaving, I had something odd happen.
There was a guy, probably 10 years younger than me if I had to hazard a guess, ginger with a tidy short beard, glasses and dressed sharp in a long, stylish black coat. We made brief eye contact and I got that *ZING* feeling in my chest. Something I haven't had for years and years and thought was long shriveled up and gone. He looked away and kept perusing for whatever it was he was looking for, I blinked it away, kept walking to my car and then grimaced.
That starry-eyed hoo-ha can go away right now and quickly. Hmph.
