I was seduced again by the TikTok shop with someone showing off their bean and nut milk maker. I'd wondered about them for a long while since I've wanted to make homemade soy milk and now that I'm going to try transitioning to plant-based eating again, I was really tempted. But before I committed, I looked up how much they cost elsewhere. I found the same exact machine - same brand, even on Amazon - for $35 MORE. Well that clinched it and I placed the order. It shipped out yesterday from somewhere international.
My little town just got a new vegan restaurant that I need to try sometime soon. Clearly it's a sign.

I was going to make it this week, but ended up buying some boneless skinless chicken thighs that were on sale for a great price, but were "previously frozen" so need to be cooked up today :D
