Seeing if I can get into the doc today

Since late yesterday morning, when I lie on my right side (figures, my comfortable side for my back), I'm getting severe vertigo which I've never really had. The only things that have been off is that several weeks ago I had a headache that was persistent for over a week which I chalked up to my usual bouts of sinusitis. Also when taking a shower earlier that morning, I got shampoo in that ear and it took a bit to clear it.

I don't have any sort of swishing sounds that would indicate swimmers ear but here's hoping it's something as simple as that.

Thanks. Unfortunately my doctor isn’t in today but they said she does check messages so hopefully she can get back to me. I’m a little afraid to try a urgent care with all of the super sick people since I’ve heard they’re overwhelmed

Could just be a kink in your neck. I get the same thing when my neck and shoulders are too tense. The other aches may be making you hold yourself stiffly.

I thought of that but I usually feel something in my neck or shoulders when I’m tensing up there and those feel perfectly fine. My suspicion is that my sinusitis has gone next level for full sinus infection. I’ve heard that antibiotics are in short supply and also my doctor is off today but hopefully will check messages
