Documenting the mental health meds
Feb. 13th, 2024 07:38 amPristiq is also a no. When I saw the first warning about raising BP, the doc assured me it was only 1-2%. Yeah, that's who actually reported it so log that down for me, will ya?
Then again, my BP could have been somewhat elevated due to the DAY LONG HEADACHE I had yesterday (also listed a side effect). Oh or maybe it was the spike in ANXIETY (also listed as a side effect) where I caught myself gritting my teeth. Check off another anxiety med - albeit off label use of the med - causing me anxiety. Love that irony.
Toss that in the bin with the rest of them. Honestly, I'll just have to deal with this stuff the old fashioned way since MH meds seem to cause me more trouble than they're worth.

I thought it was odd that I wasn't that hungry at breakfast when I've cut out nighttime snacking. I ate a small one. Then at lunch, I made a good-looking taco salad (heavy on the lettuce) and halfway through, I shoved it aside. Man, I'd like to keep that one since it's useful!
