He is with Mom now

Thankfully, sister and brother-in-law were able to FaceTime again tonight since it was really clear how close it was. He couldn’t talk, but he really was trying and we kept telling him it was OK and that we know. And then a little while ago, my sister gave me the call to let me know that he had passed.

It hurts, but I’m just so glad he is not struggling anymore because you could just see the pain on his face even though he was already on the good drugs.

Same here. I kept trying to call earlier yesterday but clearly he already couldn't talk by then so I'm really glad that Sis and BIL were able to help out with a FaceTime.

Thanks. He was in such poor shape that it was so hard to watch. I'm glad he's at peace now and with Mom and his four brothers.

Oh, I am so so sorry for this final tragedy. I'm glad you got to say goodbye before he passed and perhaps you can take a small comfort in knowing that all your loved ones who have passed recently are no longer suffering and are at peace.

I wish all the comfort and peace in the world to you as well.

Thank you. It's been so hard these last few years. I miss them terribly already but I am glad that they're not in pain anymore.
